Using intermediate-level culinary skills, the Prep Lead will play a key part in executing 50-100 meal prepped meals weekly. The Prep Lead also will be paired with a Culinary Associate to help with shopping and kitchen tasks.

Additionally, the ideal candidate will work with management to create seasonal specials. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to meet weekly deadlines are essential, along with a proactive approach to enhancing both client relations and internal systems. This part-time position has negotiable hours and days, including evenings and weekends, depending on the coordinator’s needs.

Using Notion, Google Docs, and Google Sheets, the Culinary Associate will be key in crafting and publishing weekly menus – listing 10-15 mindfully selected dishes for chef and client review. This individual will regularly ensure menu accuracy, clarity, and variety, helping to enhance client experience and chef efficiency.

This part-time position has negotiable/asynchronous hours, including evenings and weekends, depending on the coordinator’s needs.

• Menu Writing: $150/week

• Menu Publishing: $100/week

• (Per Admin) Recipe Development: $100 per Recipe

• (Per Admin) Recipe Testing: $100 per test + Grocery Reimbursement

Our goal is to relieve the burden of mealtime for clients and their families. This is a full-time position with four 10-hour shifts per week including evenings and weekends, depending on clients' needs. The private chef will work closely with 2 families to ensure that their dietary needs and preferences are met and that they receive exceptional culinary services. Successful candidates will have a passion for cooking, a keen attention to detail, and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
